Gianni OTTAVIANI
He was born in Abruzzo, Popoli on May 5th, 1958. The first great satisfaction, took place in Toronto where he got an unexpected success, thereafter he deepened his knowledge of the world of Pop Art together with some American artists, it was the turning point and love at first sight. From that point he started to show his works all over in the world meeting artists of the most expressive contemporary art.
In 1995 , in cooperation with the staff of Achille Bonito Oliva, presented personal exhibition at the exhibition palace in Rome where he got a big favor of critics and audience. Paintings that appear to be a photos, collage, paintings, printed on plastic material. His work is led by an inner impulse and everything that surrounds him in society, artists of the pop-art and new realism expressed a message ironic and desecrating but pervaded with a drama more intensively, path from helpless despair to society of individual selfishness of subjective well-being.
His works are by the most attentive collectors worldwide.
